About the event
Different Generations, One Team. Challenges, Opportunities, and Solutions is an event organized by EconomyForum. The event will explore the topic of generations at work by discussing the different challenges and the strategies companies can implement to attract, motivate, engage and develop talents from different generations successfully. Anastasia Stoyanova - Dragoeva is a recognized HR leader with extensive experience in managing people and building effective teams in global companies. She has gained valuable practical experience from large organizations with cultural diversity that require a deep understanding of the dynamics among the different generations in the workplace.
She is currently HR Director in Sutherland, where she leads strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving internal communication, engagement and building an inclusive work environment. Previously, at VMware, she led large-scale talent management and HR process optimization projects in the EMEA region with a particular focus on collaboration between diverse teams.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, she is a passionate supporter of creating a culture of open dialogue and understanding between different generations - from young professionals to experienced leaders. Her expertise includes building mentoring programs, adapting communication strategies and implementing communication and practices that encourage collaboration between the different generations.

She graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo „St. Cyril and Methodius“, after which she obtained a master's degree in „Finance“ and a CIPD certification in „Human Resources“ at the Institute of Personnel Development, London.

She is actively involved in talent selection on the European market.
She is currently the Recruitment Manager at Samex, where she is responsible for developing and implementing a new talent acquisition strategy, rebranding the employer brand, and positioning the company appropriately across different target groups and generations.

He has additional qualifications and specializations in coaching and in HR management.
