TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read this document. The hereby Terms and conditions (“the Terms”) are applicable with regard to the provision of event management services by JOBS.BG EOOD UIC: 175050954, with registered address: 26 Rayko Aleksiev Str., 1113 Sofia. The acceptance of the Terms is mandatory in order to use the services, provided by JOBS.BG EOOD.

JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD as joint controllers process personal data according to the Privacy Policy (“Policy”), which is available hereinbelow. The Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

1. What events do JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD organize

JOBS.BG EOOD together with ECONOMY.BG EOOD perform activities related to organizing impactful local and international events that inspire innovation and foster the exchange of ideas on leadership, business and technology. EconomyForum is a project launched by ECONOMY.BG JOBS.BG and TECH.BG and is a platform for business innovation, leadership, and collaboration. Our mission is to create an environment that provokes thought, inspires creativity, and motivates action, enabling individuals and organizations to build meaningful partnerships and exchange valuable insights. EconomyForum brings together Bulgarian and globally recognized thought and business leaders to discuss key topics such as the future of business, technology and the society.

2. Rules, regarding the use of the website www.economyforum.bg

The content of the website www.economyforum.bg (including, but not limited to brands, logos, photos, videos, articles) may NOT be partially or fully re-published, distributed or used in any other form in a website, print or electronic media. The contents may not be copied, reproduced, saved or transferred in any unauthorized way unless for personal and non-commercial purposes. Use of content or parts of it may only be made after obtaining express written consent.

Unregulated use of content form the www.economyforum.bg constitutes a violation of law and may lead to civil, administrative and criminal liability according to the legislation in force.

3. Amendments

The Terms may be changed at any time unilaterally by JOBS.BG EOOD. When amending the Terms and Conditions, we shall notify you for these amendments in accordance with the applicable legislation. For matters not settled by the Terms and Conditions the provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.


PRIVACY POLICY

Please carefully read this document. It contains the Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) and is an integral part of the Terms for Use applicable with regard to the event management services, provided by JOBS.BG EOOD (“the Terms”). In case of amendments to the Policy, the changes will be published according to the legislation.

PRIVACY POLICY

For the purpose of providing of event management services (“Services”) JOBS.BG EOOD, UIC: 175050954, with registered address: 26 Rayko Aleksiev Str., 1113 Sofia , together with ECONOMY.BG EOOD, UIC: 201459581, with registered address: 26 Rayko Aleksiev Str., 1113 Sofia, (“We”), process data of natural persons (“Data Subjects”/ “you”) as joint controllers in compliance with the present Policy.

When processing personal data JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD comply with all applicable data protection legislative acts, including, but not limited to, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Regulation”).

According to the Regulation, personal data means any information relating to you which makes you identifiable. Personal data processing (“Processing”) means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data by automated or other means.

1. Data Subjects

In connection with the provision of the Services, JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD process data concerning the following Data Subjects:

(a) natural persons who participate in events, organized by JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD;

(b) natural persons who have addressed inquiries, requests, signals, complaints or other correspondence to JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD;

(c) natural persons about whom information is contained in inquiries, requests, signals, complaints, or other correspondence addressed to JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD;

(d) natural persons who are users of the website www.economyforum.bg.

2. Data processed in connection with the provision of the Services

2.1. Information provided by you

Natural persons - participants in events
In order to participate in an event, organized by JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD, it is necessary to provide us with the following data: name, surname, position in the company you work for and an email address and/or other contact. In some cases, the data is provided by filling out the registration form on the website. In addition, information about registration and agreement with the Terms (date, time and IP address) is stored. The data is needed for provision of the Services and your identification during the admittance to an event.

Correspondence, complaints and signals
For the purpose of handling complaints, signals, disputes, inquiries, requests and other issues communicated to us by post or by email, we store and process such information, as well as the outcome of the processing.

Special categories of data (sensitive data).
The Services provided by JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD and the functionalities available on the Website are not intended for storage and processing of special categories of data within the meaning of Art. 9 and Art. 10 of the Regulation.

Other data
JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD may as well process other data concerning you in cases where you voluntarily provide such data.

2.2 Information we receive from other parties, as well as from other channels- social media.


3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD collect, use, and process the information described above for the purposes provided for in the present Policy and in the Terms and Conditions which may include:

• Purposes necessary for the conclusion and performance of contract for provision of Services between you and JOBS.BG EOOD;
• Purposes necessary for the fulfilment of JOBS.BG EOOD’s and ECONOMY.BG EOOD’s legal obligations;
• Purposes necessary for protecting and exercising legitimate interests of other users of the Services, third parties and JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD;
• Purposes for which you have granted your explicit consent.

Contract conclusion and performance
These are the purposes necessary for taking the steps for conclusion and the performance of the contract between you and JOBS.BG EOOD, including the required data processing related to the provision of the Services. The purposes also include communication with you, including by email, as is necessary for the provision of the Services and/or for notifying you of any changes in the provided Services. For this purpose, processing of some or all of the above categories of data might be necessary.

Legal obligations
The purposes related to the performance of legal obligations of JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD include retention or provision of information upon receipt of a respective order issued by competent state or court authorities, upon rendering cooperation to the competent state authorities in exercising their supervising powers, upon performance of JOBS.BG EOOD’s and ECONOMY.BG EOOD’s legal obligations to notify you of various circumstances related to your rights, the Services provided or your data protection.

Legitimate interest
The purposes related to the legitimate interests of JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD and/or third persons, which include:
Communication with you by email, on issues related to provision of the Services and access to specific event.
Communication with you by email in connection to EconomyForum and/or other related events.
Ensuring the Website’s normal operation and use by you and by the other users, maintenance and administration of the Services, dispute resolution, detection and prevention of malicious activities.
Detection and repair of technical or functionality problems.
Receipt and processing of signals, complaints, requests and other correspondence.
Exercise and protection of JOBS.BG EOOD’s and ECONOMY.BG EOOD’s rights and legal interests, including by legal proceedings, and rendering assistance in the exercise and protection of the rights and legal interests of other users of the Website and/or affected third parties.

Explicit consent
Your data may be processed based on your explicit consent. In such case, the processing is specific, to the extent and within the scope provided for in the respective consent.


4. STORAGE PERIOD

Below you can find information about the storage periods for the different types of data. We apply the general principle for storing minimum data and for a period not longer than necessary for provision of the Services, ensuring their security and reliability, and meeting the legal requirements.

For the purpose of handling complaints, signals, disputes, inquiries, requests and other issues communicated to us, by post or by email, we store and process such information as well as the outcome of the processing. With a view to the limitation periods under the Bulgarian legislation, for the purpose of settling any possible disputes, such information are stored for a period of up to 5 /five/ years.

In case of a legal dispute or proceedings requiring data retention and/or at the request of a competent state authority, data may be stored for longer than the periods specified above until the final settlement of the dispute or proceedings before all instances. The storage periods above may be changed subject to a different data storage requirement under the applicable legislation.


5. PROVISION OF INFORMATION

JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD do not provide your personal data to third parties in any way other than in the following cases: if prescribed by law; if duly requested by a competent state or judicial authority; with your explicit consent; if necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of JOBS.BG EOOD and ECONOMY.BG EOOD and/or other users of the Services.


6. Rights with Regard to Personal Data

The Regulation provides for the following rights:

6.1. Right to information. The present Policy aims to inform you in detail about the processing of your personal data with regard to the Services provided.
6.2. Right of access. You are entitled to receive confirmation whether your personal data are being processed, to be provided with access to such data, as well as information regarding the data processing and your respective rights.
6.3. Right to rectification. You are entitled to have your data rectified in case they are incomplete or inaccurate.
6.4. Right to erasure. You have the right to request erasure of data unless there is a substantial reason and/or legal obligation for their processing.
6.5. Right to restriction of data processing. The Regulation provides for the possibility of restricting your personal data processing in case there are grounds for this as set forth in the Regulation.
6.6. Right to notify third parties. Where applicable, you have the right to request the Controller to communicate the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data to the third parties to whom the Controller has disclosed your personal data.
6.7. Right to data portability. You have the right to receive your personal data you have provided, and which is concerning you, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to use such data with another controller at your discretion.
6.8. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling which produces legal effects for you or similarly significantly affects you unless there are grounds for this as provided for in the applicable data protection legislation, as well as suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests.
No technologies falling in this category are used in the provision of the Services.
6.9. Right to withdraw consent. You have the right to withdraw at any time your consent for the personal data processing based on the consent you have given. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
6.10. Right to object. You have the right to object with respect to data processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
6.11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the applicable data protection legislation. The supervisory authority in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Commission for Personal Data Protection, address: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592.
